2nd Grade News
Math Measurement has been treating us well. It is nice to get up out of our seats and measure around the room! Reading Keep reading at home. We are working hard on our fluency at school as well. Encourage your child to continue checking out books for their book in a bag. And remember to return their calendars! A new March calendar went home this week. Social Studies / Science We learned about South America this week. Ask your child about any fun facts that they learned this continent! We will be learning about North America next week! If you haven’t seen it yet, ask them about it! ---Our school collects box tops, so if you notice any of these on canned foods, boxed food, cereal, tissues, anything, please save them and send with your child to school. ---Book Bags can be returned each morning if your child is ready for a new book. Keep filling out the calendar and tracking your reading each day/night!
